IMPORTANT ORDER LIMITS:
You may order maximum 1 of each scent (1x Berry Blossom + 1x Sapphire Sky). Any duplicate orders containing multiple quantities of the same scent (e.g. 2x Berry Blossom) will be automatically cancelled to ensure all VIP supporters get a fair chance to test.

Order FAQs
We aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. During busy periods, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked: estimated delivery in 2–5 working days
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: estimated delivery in 1–3 working days
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note, delivery timeframes are estimates and occasional delays can happen with Royal Mail during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition—unopened, unused, and with the seal still intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
