We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed by 1pm Monday to Friday or 10am on Saturday. All orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service, so you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Yes! Every order includes 2 free 1ml samples of other fragrances we stock. Our fragrance expert handpicks these samples based on what you've ordered, helping to match your preferences and increase the chances you'll love them too. It’s a little extra from us to help you discover something new!
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition—unopened, unused, and with the seal still intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
