We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if placed by 1pm Monday to Friday or 10am on Saturday. All orders are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked service, so you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition—unopened, unused, and with the seal still intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
